The ncc 2019 public comment draft proposes a number of changes to increase the stringency of the energy efficiency provisions for commercial buildings volume one.

This means for any project with a construction certificate submission date that is before 1 st of may 2020 the current section j requirements ncc 2016 amdt.
It aims to provide practitioners with sufficient knowledge to successfully apply energy efficiency requirements for commercial buildings.
Members were recently notified that one component of the ncc 2019 energy efficiency changes that was proposed to come into effect this coming may will be deferred and not apply in wa.
